July 1st - "The High Places"

"The Lord God is my strength, and He has made my feet like hinds' feet, and He makes me walk on my high places."   Habakkuk 3:19

The Lord will lead you to high places where the risks are great. He will allow you to see over the precipice, teaching you to trust Him as never before. He will make your feet steadier than you have ever experienced, from those high places. From there you can retreat or trust Him in utter abandonment. Those decisions are made in the high places, the places of great risk. What will you choose? You will face the same decision again if you retreat, perhaps in another form, but you will lap back around to it. Are you tired of taking laps? Trust God. May we all respond, "Let the adventure begin!"
